#NHLtweetup “All Teams Edition” – Long Island
It’s opening weekend of hockey season! And, what better way to show off your team’s colors than with an All-Teams Edition NHLtweetup in the New York area, hosted by a hockey deprived fan from the Deep South? Puck head and twitter friend to all, @vulcansmuse, will be in town hosting an NHLTweetup of great proportion at 5pm on Sunday, October 4, at Croxley Ales in Farmingdale.
So, whether you’re uptown, downtown, in New Jersey, Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, or even in the Bronx, throw on your favorite jersey for your favorite team and enjoy the company of @vulcansuse, a southerner (complete with the drawl)! And, if the southern presence can’t pull you in, we’ve brought in another guest of honor! A great Canadian tweep @sabotek, is coming in from Ottawa, and will also be in attendance!
Bring your rockin’ selves out with your iPhones, Blackberries, phones, laptops for a great night out to talk with friends and to talk hockey!
Transportation:
There is on street parking as well as a lot in back.
The front door literally faces the train tracks that lead to Farmingdale train station which is 2, very walkable, blocks up. Taking the train here is a breeze. Click here for the Farmingdale train schedule.

*Croxley Ale House is a bar for 21 and over. However, guests under 21 will be admitted but must remain at tables only and not enter the bar area.
